EXPERIENCE

Claire Gersch has been Outreach Director of the Libertarian Party Of Arapahoe County since 2006. For the last two years Ms. Gersch has directed the LPAC in these activities:

• Co-ordinated with the Front Range Outreach Director so as to meet LPAC’s Outreach needs.
• Lead outreach efforts to expand LPAC awareness and help grow membership.
• Identified suitable outreach events.
• Initiated and co-ordinated LPAC-sponsored events (e.g. guest speakers, Tax Day protests).
• Participated in fund-raising activities.
• Participated in Libertarian Party Voter Registration Drives.
• Actively recruited candidates and new LPAC members at various outreach events.

PROFILE

Born and raised in South Africa, came to the United states in 1980. Many, many years in both traditional and Montessori education. Has taught and worked in administration, but definitely prefers teaching. Plays the piano. Serious Science Fiction Fan, emphasis on the science. Activist in the Libertarian party and won the Minute Man award for activism in 2007. Delegate to the 2008 National Convention. Outreach Director for the LPAC because she likes to talk liberty with anyone who wants to be free.
