EXPERIENCE

James Frye has been Treasurer of the Libertarian Party Of Arapahoe County since the Summer of 2007. For the last year Mr. Frye has directed the LPAC in these activities:

• Kept all financial records of the LPAC according to generally accepted accounting practices.
• Maintained a bank account in the name of the LPAC, and signed all checks drawn upon that account.
• Filed required legal reports, such as FCPA, with the appropriate county or state government offices.
• Made monthly reports to the Board at meetings showing all incomes, expenditures, and resulting balances.
• Recorded the official minutes of all Board meetings. These minutes were submitted for review and approval at each following month's Board meetings.
• Regularly checked the LPAC's Post Office Mailbox for incoming correspondence.
• Maintained the master copy of the LPAC's By-Laws and incorporated into them any and all amendments made.
• Participated in fund-raising activities.
• Participated in Libertarian Party Voter Registration Drives.
• Actively recruited candidates and new LPAC members at various outreach events.
